CheckGindex
CheckGindex is a Google index checker and monitoring web application for website owners, SEO professionals, and agencies.
Purpose of CheckGindex
The purpose of CheckGindex is to help users verify whether their web pages are indexed by Google, detect when pages are silently removed from Google’s index (deindexing), and monitor indexing health over time.
Why CheckGindex connects to Google
CheckGindex asks users to connect their Google account so the app can access their verified Google Search Console properties through official OAuth. This allows CheckGindex to:
- List Search Console properties the user already owns or manages
- Use the URL Inspection API to report accurate Google index status for URLs
- Alert users when indexed pages drop out of Google search coverage
CheckGindex uses this access for index status verification and monitoring only. It does not send spam, change Search Console settings without user action, or modify the user’s Google account profile.
